STATEMENT OF FAITH

WHAT DO WE BELIEVE

This ministry believes according to Scripture:

• In one God, Creator of all things, eternally existing in three persons - God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

• In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ; that He is the Son of God. We believe in His virgin birth, His sinless life, His atoning death and resurrection from the dead and His ascension to the right hand of God the Father.

• In the personal and physical 2nd coming of Christ to earth to receive His church and afterwards to set up His throne upon the earth as King.

• In the spiritually lost condition of all men and the essential need for salvation by the new birth through faith in Jesus Christ and the work of the Holy Spirit.

• In the Church – the Body of Christ, consisting of everyone who has been born again by the Holy Spirit and made new creations in Christ.

• In the celebration of the Lord's Supper (Communion) and baptism by immersion in water in the name of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, for all believers.

• In the baptism, gifts and ministry of Holy Spirit, for all believers as well as in the five-fold ministry gifts - apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers - given to the church for the work of ministry and building up the body of Christ.

• In the resurrection of both the saved and lost, the one to everlasting conscious life and the other to everlasting conscious damnation.
